3 Days Rumanyika -Karagwe National Park Explore
Originally it was a Game Reserve of 800 sq. km.Rumanyika-Karagwe was gazetted as a National Park in July 2019, it’s area had shrunk to 247 sq. km due to human activities . The park is very beautifu with l area which jas got great potential for photographic and game drive tourism.The park hosts a significant number and diversity of wildlife that can be enjoyed and bring up the beauty of creation to all who visit her.
The essential core of the area is quite a deep valley with a slow winding river at its base which breaks up into lakes and swamps. The lower slopes of the valley are heavily vegetated by forest and thick bush. The higher slopes of the valley have Acacia tall grass woodlands which are spacious and attractive and are clearly kept relatively open by seasonal fires.
