This is the part of the Tanapa(Tanzania National Park Authority)  administrative zone  comprising the  area of eastern Tanzania covering the following National parks. Saadani National Park , MikumiNational Park, Udzungwa Mountains National Park, Nyerere National Park ( Formerly  part of Selous Game Reserves).

The cities and towns  around this zone including Dar es es Salam city which is the main Airport  of the  country JKNIA but also the main port for the country.The indian ocean to  the east ,  other cities  includes Tanga,Morogoro and Kibaha town along the main road to Dodoma.

The National park  also comprises many activities including the historical slave port of Bagamoyo  whereby the slaves had to embark before being shipped  to the main slave market in zanzibar. There are many  historical sites like Amboni caves situated near theTanga port.This zone is one of many which will leave you unforgettable memories and  you will not regret.This  zone nearer  to Zanzibar, Pemba  and Mafia  beaches by sea and air.
